Privacy Policy

Acrosum ("we", "us") builds one revenue dashboard across the platforms you sell on. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers data you give us directly and data we access on your behalf through connected platforms' official APIs.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, and authentication, handled by our identity provider (Clerk). We never see or store your password.
- Connected-platform data — when you connect a store, we access the data that connection grants: your sales, payouts, fees, and the listing details (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) of your own products, videos, or apps. We only ever access data for accounts you connect and authorize.
- Usage and billing — how you use the app, and payment records handled by our processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To show your unified dashboard, answer your questions about your own business with our AI analyst, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the private data of one customer to benefit another.
YouTube API Services
Acrosum uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our access to and use of information from the YouTube API is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
We use the YouTube API to read your channel's revenue, analytics, and video details so we can show them to you, and — only if you grant the separate write permission — to update a video's title, description, or tags at your explicit request. We store this data only to provide the dashboard, and we refresh it from YouTube rather than building a long-term copy of it.
You can revoke Acrosum's access at any time from Google's security settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there stops all future access immediately.
Other connected platforms
The same principles apply to every platform you connect (for example Shopify, Etsy, Apple, and Stripe): we access only what your authorization grants, use it only to run your dashboard, and you can disconnect a store at any time from your Acrosum settings, which removes our access to it.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after you disconnect a store or close your account, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations. We protect data in transit and at rest and limit access to it.
Your choices
You can disconnect any store, revoke platform access at the source (such as the Google link above), and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframes applicable law requires.
