Terms of Service
Effective 20 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Acrosum. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Acrosum aggregates data from the platforms you sell on into one revenue dashboard and lets you ask questions about your own business with an AI analyst. Features and pricing may change as the product develops.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any store you add.
Connected platforms
When you connect a platform, you authorize Acrosum to access that account through its official API on your behalf. Your use of each connected platform through Acrosum remains subject to that platform's own terms. In particular, by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect any store, or revoke access at the platform, at any time.
Writing changes back to a platform
Some features can, only with a separate permission you grant and only on your explicit, per-item confirmation, change editable fields on your own listings (for example a YouTube video's title, description, or tags). You are responsible for the changes you confirm. We keep the prior value so you can undo a change, but you should review every change before confirming it.
AI features
Our AI analyst and content suggestions are tools to assist your judgment, not professional advice, and can be wrong. You decide what to act on. AI features spend API Tokens as described in the app.
Acceptable use
Don't use Acrosum to break the law, infringe others' rights, violate a connected platform's terms, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Billing
Paid plans and token purchases are billed through our payment processor on the terms shown at checkout. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.
